Maintain a healthy weight.

A good way of determining whether you're overweight or underweight is by measuring your body mass index. BMI is a tool for helping you judge your body whether you're risk of health problems. BMI is computed by multiplying weight (in pounds) by 704, which is a constant, then divide the product by the square of your height (in inches).
Body mass is normal if it ranges from 18.5 to 24.9. When body mass is between 25.0 to 29.9 a person is already overweight and obese if it is 30 and above. Being overweight or underweight increases the risk of health problems.
Do these for a healthier life:
1. Exercise regularly at least three times a week.
2. Drink lots of water.
3. Get 6-8 hours of sleep daily.
4. Buy locally grown organic goods as often as you can.
5. No steroids and supplements or other questionable body-building supplements.
6. No diet pills or fat burning pills.
7. No fat dieting.
